What We Offer
Permanent Placement - A fee for service arrangement - Our fee is based on the salary of the candidate hired. All placements are on a contingency basis, so if the deal doesn’t work out you owe nothing. We use that as motivation to continually meet our clients’ needs quickly.
Contract Staffing - We hire the candidate and simply invoice you on a weekly basis for hours worked. We take our responsibility to our employees seriously, and we offer a full benefits package that includes health and life insurance, 401k, flexible spending accounts, and paid vacation/holiday time.
